C and C Farms is the only grower of Extra Virgin Olive oil in San Ramon. We produce and blend Manzanilla and Arbequina Olives. This year's Manzanilla is grown on a in our orchard in San Ramon, California. These trees are 85+ years old. This oil has a wonderful assertive green aroma with notes of perfectly ripe avocados, and tastes slightly nutty with a mildly pungent finish. Works well drizzled over your favorite sautéed vegetables, steamed asparagus and roasted Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese.
